Trimo EcoEnergy panel

Besides reducing CO2 emissions and using ground resources, saving energy also reduces operational expenses and thereby positively affects the economic part of the business and profit. Trimo EcoEnergy panels will provide a façade that will create exceptional energy savings. It is a cost efficient, innovative, and sustainable solution.
Purpose and use
Trimo EcoEnergy panel is the ideal solution for all types of buildings, including offices, commercial centres, production halls, retail centres, sport and entertainment facilities, and all types of public facilities.

Trimo EcoEnergy panel is available in two types:
  • The exterior of the panel is made from a special steel sheet metal Prelaq (Prelaq Exterior), the interior is made from a standard panel,
  • The exterior and interior of the panel are made from special steel sheet metal, Prelaq: Prelaq Exterior on the exterior, and Prelaq Interior on the interior of the panel.


Principle of operation
The interior 'Prelaq Energy Interior' wainscot excels in high reflection in the infrared (thermal) area which represents an advantage in cold weather (in the winter) and low emission of infrared (thermal), which represents an advantage in warm weather (in the summer).


Composition
The Trimo EcoEnergy Panel is composed of high-quality hot galvanised plates, S280 YP Prelaq Energy Exterior, with zinc of category Z 275, and a total thickness of 40 µm on the exterior side.
On the interior side of the panel Prelaq Energy Interior is used with a total thickness of 20 µm or an ordinary painted steel, 0.6 mm thick plate, which is available in all standard widths of Trimo panels. As in all Trimo panels, the core is made from non-flammable lamellate mineral wool (thickness 50 -240 mm).


Available colours

Prelaq Energy Exterior is available in the following colours: 015 (black), 087 (dark grey), 454 (dark grey/brown), 461 (light grey) and 859 (dark green). The use of black and dark grey colours is recommended for maximum energy savings as these colours ensure maximum reflection.  


Prelaq Energy Interior is available in a metal silver grey colour 046 – the best option for the interior side of the panel.

The guarantee for the Prelaq steel plate is 15 years – in this time the energy efficiency of the plate is consistent.
