Trimoterm SNV fire-proof roof panels with hydro insulation

Trimoterm SNV fire-proof roof panels for flat roofs with hydro insulation are the result of a careful material choice and a modern production process. The added hydro insulation film ensures that the panels are water -proof, a complete range of technical solutions and elements enables creative adaptations to all special demands on buildings.

Purpose and use

Trimoterm SNV fire-proof panels with hydro insulation are an excellent solution for flat roofs without an incline or minimal incline (2%), for office buildings, commercial centres, cultural institutions and industrial facilities.

Advantages
  • water-proof
  • effective fire-protection
  • quality thermal and sound insulation
  • simple and fast construction
  • high load-bearing capacity
  • durability
  • simple maintenance
  • versatile use
  • long-life span

Composition
Trimoterm SNV fire-proof roof systems are composed of a lower shallow and upper deep corrugated, galvanised (275 g/m2) and painted steel sheet metal (standard thickness 0.6 mm) with a non-flammable lamellate mineral wool core (thickness 60 – 200 mm).

Together all 3 coats form a compact sandwich element that ensures the necessary load-bearing capacity, tightness and assembly, and the core, made of non-flammable lamellate mineral wool, provides for excellent heat, noise insulation and high fire-resistance.

We add a hydro insulated film (PVC film 1.5 mm thick, e.g. SIKAPLAN 15 G or similar) that ensures the panels are water-proof. All openings and breaches in the roof are also protected with this hydro insulation film.

Assembly
Trimoterm SNV roof panels for flat roofs are laid with trapezoids facing down. Due to the structure (2 sheet metals) they are more appropriate for use compared to SRV panels; they have better load-bearing capacity. Trimoterm SNV panels can be fixed into support systems made of steel, wood or concrete, with a built-in steel profile with minimum dimensions 60/40/3. A hydro insulation film (for example: a 1.5 mm thick PVC film SIKAPLAN 15 G, or similar) is added to these assembled roof panels that ensures that the roof is water-proof.

Additional elements
We offer a wide selection of solutions for performance of roof lights such as light stripes, skylights and other types of glazing. We also build in air-shafts, fens, chimneys and perform other technological breaches.
